The work:
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to manage a team of analytics practitioners and serve as the central point of contact for all data-related activities. In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Hands on technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Data querying and database management (SQL and KQL)
• Proven experience leading a team
• General knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
• Database management experience
• TS required, TS/SCI with poly preferred
• Must have valid US passport

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and presentation across client-facing materials, including Power BI dashboards, one-pagers, and slide decks.
• Define reporting requirements and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Attend client meetings and provide strategic guidance to expand and refine analytics capabilities.
• Lead technical and team operations across data querying, dashboard development, and analytics workflows.
• Manage a backlog of work requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines effectively.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and development.
