As an Analytics Manager leading Marketing Analytics team, you’ll guide data analysts and data scientists as they develop attrition models, forecasting algorithms, and in-depth analyses to best evaluate marketing investment and drive optimal spending decisions. You’ll shape the team’s analytics culture, ensure we deliver reliable data-driven insights, partner with marketing stakeholders closely, and contribute to marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years working in an analytical role in a business context is required.
  • 3+ years in a management role leading a team of data analysts and/or data scientists is required.
  • Expert-level Excel and Data Visualization skills are required.
  • Strong background in cross functional collaborations and being able to bring disparate groups together and build consensus
  • Brilliant skills in data storytelling with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) to less technical audience
  • Possessing a curiosity that doesn’t stop at the “What?” but hungers for the “Why?” and “What if?”

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing analytics is strongly desired.
  • Expertise with SQL, Tableau, and Python/R is strongly desired.
  • Experience in geo-experimentation, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution and forecasting modeling is strongly desired.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day function of the Marketing Analytics team in support of business objectives, while enabling progressive career development and building a strong team culture.
  • Be a subject matter expert on marketing measurement and create quarterly roadmap of marketing analytics.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to contribute to marketing strategy.
  • Guide the team to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions.
  • Synthesize the team's analysis and findings into a coherent narrative of the state of the business and communicate that narrative to business leaders.
  • Use approved AI productivity tools to automate processes, create documentation, or otherwise improve your own workflow.
  • Evangelize AI use within your team and beyond, leading by example in your own use of AI productivity tools.
