Description The Manager, Sales & Catering Product Management supports the development and delivery of Marriott International’s Sales & Catering product capabilities across its global portfolio of brands. This role works closely with senior product leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements that improve group sales, meetings, and catering operations at the property level. The Manager plays a hands on role in product discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and post launch optimization to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Marriott’s operational and brand needs. CANDIDATE PROFILE Required 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major. 3+ year’s relevant professional experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery role. Preferred Experience of working with technology teams to deliver enterprise or B2B software solutions. Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications. Exposure to Sales & Catering, group sales, meetings & events, or hospitality operations. Experience supporting global or multi brand platforms. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or product metrics. Experience working in a franchised or owner operator business environment.
