About The Position

The Manager, Sales & Catering Product Management supports the development and delivery of Marriott International’s Sales & Catering product capabilities across its global portfolio of brands. This role works closely with senior product leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements that improve group sales, meetings, and catering operations at the property level. The Manager plays a hands on role in product discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and post launch optimization to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Marriott’s operational and brand needs. CANDIDATE PROFILE Required 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major. 3+ year’s relevant professional experience in product management, business analysis, or digital delivery role. Preferred Experience of working with technology teams to deliver enterprise or B2B software solutions. Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications. Exposure to Sales & Catering, group sales, meetings & events, or hospitality operations. Experience supporting global or multi brand platforms. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or product metrics. Experience working in a franchised or owner operator business environment. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Product Delivery & Ownership Own the day-to-day execution of assigned Sales & Catering product features or functional areas. Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with senior product leaders and engineering teams. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives using agile delivery practices. Customer & Property Engagement Gather and document requirements from property Level users, including sales managers, event managers, and catering teams. Support user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to validate product needs and enhancements. Represent property and regional perspectives in product discussions and design decisions. Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, UX, QA, and platform teams to deliver high quality, reliable solutions. Collaborate with Global Sales, Operations, and Brand stakeholders to ensure product features align with business processes. Support change management and training activities related to new releases and enhancements. Product Optimization & Performance Monitor product usage, adoption, and performance metrics for assigned features or capabilities. Identify defects, enhancement opportunities, and operational pain points. Support continuous improvement efforts based on user feedback and performance insights. Documentation & Communication Create and maintain clear product documentation, release notes, and supporting materials. Communicate timelines, feature scope, and changes to internal stakeholders. Escalate risks, dependencies, and issues to senior product leaders as needed. Requirements
