As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations with professionalism. Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and public responders when required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards.
• Control access to restricted areas, monitor visitor and vendor entry, verify identification, and document access activity per site requirements.
• Carry and handle assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal post orders, licensing requirements, and training, including completing required reports and logs.
