As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, support access control as needed, and deliver clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes, with patrol frequency varying by site needs.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and employee entry processes, and help to maintain orderly traffic flow near entrances, drive lanes, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and coordinate with local responders as needed.
• Complete security-related reports, document observations and incidents, and communicate notable activity to site contacts and Allied Universal management.
