Fleet Service Attendant
About The Position
The Fleet Service Attendant is responsible for detailing, shuttling, refueling, securing Hui vehicles, and maintaining company assists. This person will also run errands and do general housekeeping of the Hui station location areas. The schedule for this position during the initial training period is Tuesday-Saturday 5am - 2pm. Schedule may shift to different days off after approximately 3 months, based on company needs. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- A team player who can work in a flexible and fast paced environment
- Safety minded individual who is deadline oriented and pays attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Detail Hui vehicles and used vehicles which includes washing and wiping down exterior of vehicles, cleaning, vacuuming and wiping down the interior of the vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness around Hui stations, wash and clean Hui signage, and check station and vehicle cleanliness daily
- Shuttles vehicles to and from stations, sub-contractors (body shops, etc.) and Servco locations
- Fuel Hui vehicles and do minor maintenance (air pressure, check fluid levels, change vehicle batteries etc.) of Hui vehicles and used vehicles
- Clean and prep interior of vehicle including upholstery, rugs, floor mats and other surfaces within the vehicle using a vacuum, cleaning agents, applicators, and extraction machines. May include application of a protectants for car upholstery
- Secure vehicles for the day by checking that all doors and windows on vehicles are locked
- Drop off and pick up documents
- Assist the Fleet Manager with miscellaneous duties as needed
