TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores. Basic Purpose: The Fleet Sales Support Customer Service Representative (Fleet Sales Support CSR) delivers high-quality customer service to members, vendors, and affiliated business partners through both inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role is responsible for supporting fleet sales operations by ensuring fleet accounts are accurately submitted, properly set up, and consistently maintained within internal systems. The Fleet Sales Support CSR serves as a key point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, data integrity, and positive customer experience throughout the fleet lifecycle.
