If so, we’re seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team! About the Company Our client is a fast-growing, innovative company and a leading OEM supplier in the long-haul trucking industry. Over the past 16 years, they’ve grown from a start-up to a market leader through patented, USA-manufactured technologies that improve fuel efficiency by reducing aerodynamic drag on tractor-trailers. As the company continues to expand, they are looking to develop the next generation of sales talent.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of sales or account support experience in a multi-state territory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow into a senior sales role.
  • Comfortable delivering basic presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Teams.
  • Ability to understand and communicate product value with training and support.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with, or interest in trucking, transportation, or equipment-based sales is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Sales Support: Support sales efforts for fuel-saving aerodynamic technologies across an assigned territory, working with fleets and truck/trailer dealerships.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, maintenance teams, and dealership partners under the guidance of senior sales leaders.
  • Dealer Support & Training: Assist with dealer education and product training to help dealers effectively present solutions to fleet customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Participate in live product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars for customers and dealer partners.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update customer and prospect activity in CRM tools.
  • Travel: Travel to customer sites, dealer visits, and trade shows (approximately 50% travel, plus some tradeshow weekends).
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Learn basic mechanical concepts related to product installation and compatibility.
  • Assist with completing spec sheets for retrofit installations, including taking measurements and photos.
  • Observe and assist with product installations to gain a deeper understanding of customer use and installation considerations.
