About The Position

As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our driver and fleet operations—from hiring and onboarding, to daily performance management, scheduling, safety compliance, and vehicle oversight. Requirements

  • Fleet management experience
  • Experience with vehicle telematics or ability to learn quickly
  • Proven success leading teams and driving performance culture
  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 1 year of fleet management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily and long-term production demands
  • Interact professionally with customers and drivers
  • Manage hiring and employee scheduling
  • Track daily individual employee performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Oversee a large fleet of vehicles and ensure rideshare program standards are met
  • Lead and develop a large team of supervisors and drivers while exceeding performance expectations
