About The Position

Guy M. Turner, Inc., one of the nation's leading crane, rigging, and trucking companies, is seeking a reliable and organized Fleet Parts Coordinator to support our maintenance/repair shop operations. This role is responsible for ordering and tracking parts for truck, trailer, crane, forklift, pickup, and miscellaneous equipment to ensure our fleet stays job-ready.

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina driver's license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Moderate computer skills for database navigation and parts research
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in truck, trailer, forklift, crane, heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel equipment, or industrial parts preferred

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and track equipment parts and shop supplies
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Issue parts to mechanics and track usage
• Coordinate with service technicians to identify parts needs
• Direct the Parts Runner
• Be able to drive a company vehicle to pick up parts when needed
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Assist with equipment records and maintenance documentation
• On-call availability after hours, if needed
