About The Position

General Responsibilities: Perform various fleet and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective performance of the office's fleet and administrative tasks. Create and maintain documents, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information. Facilitate fleet activities by managing meeting calendars and making travel arrangements. This role functions in a team environment. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision, perform advanced fleet and administrative tasks to support an office. Upkeep any fleet maintenance and registrations. Complete monthly vehicle safety inspections. Collect, review, and analyze data and prepare moderately complex reports and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. Create calendar events, set up travel arrangements, process vehicle documentation, and lead the coordination of day-to-day activities of the fleet department. Stay knowledgeable of all fleet related applications and programs; train employees as needed May work on assignments of a confidential nature requiring extensive knowledge of office, company practices, policies and programs. Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
