About The Position

The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance service of our customers' fleet. A strong mechanical background is required along with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Use of Smartphone, Laptop, and Tablet Technology to Record all Repairs Repairs and Maintains Light & Medium Duty Customer Vehicles Some Heavier Class 8-9 Experience with industrial and heavy equipment helpful (skid steer, backhoe, farm tractors, trailers, atv's, etc.) Standard Tech Owned Tools Required Major Shop Tools and Diagnostic Equipment is Provided Other duties may be assigned PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write detailed reports. Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of hands-on experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills in engines, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work order entry Must have own tools CERTIFICATES and LICENSES Valid Driver's License Current CDL or ability to acquire CDL (class B or higher) ASE certifications are a plus Why should you apply? Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in engines, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for diagnostics and work order entry
• Must have own tools
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CDL or ability to acquire CDL (class B or higher)

Nice To Haves

• Some Heavier Class 8-9
• Experience with industrial and heavy equipment helpful (skid steer, backhoe, farm tractors, trailers, atv's, etc.)
• ASE certifications are a plus
