Requirements

2-4 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business)
Frequent travel (6-20%)
Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.

Nice To Haves

Four year business degree or equivalent related experience in this area.
Experience with Fleet Management.
Two years of related experience with Company FleetSTATS.
Good working knowledge of FleetSTATS, data collection and reporting methods including Microsoft Excel or Power BI. Experience as a lead technician or Field Service Manager.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage customer invoice review, develop fleet recommendations, and report on the overall truck/fleet cost.
Conduct Business Reviews and jointly visit local sites in the development and support of the company FleetSTATS System.
Visit distributors/branches and end-users as needed to further investigate/research/resolve issues to ensure customer retention and develop after-market opportunity.
Participate in the research, development, and implementation of new on-line features as well as communicate customer & dealer feedback to management.
Aid the District Service and Parts Managers (DSPM) group in developing & meeting customer compliance regarding invoicing.
