This role ensures the safe, timely, and compliant movement of clients while improving operational efficiency, reducing staff burnout, and strengthening communication between transportation services and program leadership. The Fleet Manager serves as the central point of accountability for transportation operations, staffing, scheduling, routing, compliance, and training.
