About The Position

Gordon Food Service is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join their team. The company maintains over 3,000 tractors and trailers (reefer units) across 11 fleet shops in the US to ensure daily deliveries to restaurants, healthcare operations, and schools. This role offers extensive onboarding and continuous training to keep skills updated. Technicians earn hourly rates, not flat rates, ensuring payment for the time taken to complete jobs correctly. The company provides lifts for safety, a clean and organized parts room, and heavier specialty tools, requiring technicians to bring only their basic tools. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• Ability to communicate in English writing, speaking, and reading
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

Nice To Haves

• Diesel tractor trailer experience
• CDL A license
