Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Ensures the company adheres to local, state, and federal regulations regarding motor vehicle compliance. Executes and carries out the license and titling program for MDU Utilities Group. Monitors and evaluates DOT and ANSI inspections, as well as being responsible for timely reporting and submission of DOT fleet reporting including IRP, IFTA, OR PUC, 2290 tax form maintenance, UCR, FMCA, and other applicable DOT updates. Responsible for record maintenance of all compliance documentation including new registrations, titles, renewals, inspections, and related records. Prepares and submits requests for checks and related documentation to internal departments.
