This is a technical and professional position within the Public Works Department focused on the strategic lifecycle management and procurement of municipal assets. This position is responsible for assisting the Fleet Manager in overseeing the composition, acquisition, and performance of the City's fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. The individual in this position will focus on maximizing asset uptime, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring the cost-effective replenishment of the fleet. The individual in this position must exercise discretion and independent judgement in performing the professional activities outlined below.
