All Roads Kenworth is seeking a Commercial Truck Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined territory, develop new fleet and owner-operator relationships, and represent Kenworth’s full range of products with professionalism and deep industry knowledge. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through consultative sales, strategic account development, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven sales experience – prior truck sales strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

  • CDL preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through phone outreach and in-person visits
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Stay current on industry trends and product advancements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
