Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive service management experience
  • Superior customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Director of Fixed Operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Hire and supervise all Service and Parts department personnel, as well as monitor their performance.
  • Create goals and objectives for the department, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
  • Maintain compliance regarding OSHA and Hazmat standards.
  • Consult and collaborate with Parts Manager, Service Manager, and dealership management on all aspects of Fixed Operations. Wholesale growth
  • All fill rate analysis
  • Lost sales tracking
  • General growth and profitability of the dealerships parts business
  • Lead team of professionals to achieve aggressive sales goals and profit objectives.
  • Utilize systems, hardware, software, marketing, and products to maximize efficiency and accurately track inventory.
