The Global RFP team within Client Operations has an open position for a RFP Writer focused on firm level responses in client questionnaires. The Team is responsible for the development of high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), and other ad hoc questionnaires/deliverables. These deliverables assist in the procurement of new business, meet the complex reporting requirements of current clients and accurately, clearly, and articulately describe the firm and its investment solutions. The submittal of well-written questionnaires is a critical step in the sales and client reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant RFP/writing experience in the investment industry is required
  • Excellent investment writing, quantitative, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential
  • Individual must be an independent self-starter and a team player able to work on multiple assignments against strict and competing deadlines

  • Familiarity with Loopio will be viewed favorably

Responsibilities

  • Writing, coordinating, editing, and proofreading firm level content and questionnaires, partnering with subject matter experts across the firm
  • This includes, but may not be limited to, developing and maintain original content for new text as well as proposing modifications to current text
  • Developing an expertise in the many facets of firm-level content (e.g., trading, compliance, operational risk, etc.) to effectively craft and enhance responses
  • Collaboration with client facing teams and other subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Willingness to absorb overflow questionnaires and other work during peak periods, including, but not limited to, ad hoc requests, customized client reporting work, and data requests
