About The Position

As our Five9 Platform Administrator, you will serve as the subject-matter expert and primary administrator for our Five9 cloud contact center platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and ensuring our contact center operates with efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a cloud-based contact center platform (Five9 required)
  • Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, and contact center operations
  • Practical experience with API integrations
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment characteristic of a high-growth startup - where priorities may shift quickly, workloads are consistently busy, and role scope evolves as the organization grows. Must be a strong team player who is adaptable, collaborative, and willing to pitch in where needed to support broader operational success.

  • Python, BigQuery, Looker, and/or Sigma are a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Five9 features, including IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Integrate Five9 with CRM and workflow tools such as Soho, HubSpot, and/or FieldRoutes
  • Develop automations and process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data integrity
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the call center team
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
