Requirements

• Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creating weekly fitness schedules to include call outs, trainings and special events and importing schedules into Book4Time software.
• Provide operational support including marketing requests, scheduling departmental meetings, greeting guests, answering phones, making copies, scanning, submitting requests for IT and Facilities.
• Attend all department meetings, transcribe and distribute staff meeting notes.
• Maintain current guest utilization reports.
• Responsible for administrative tasks to include inventory and recertification.
