The Service Administrator is the backbone of our Service Team. This role manages service scheduling and dispatch, maintains accurate job records in our field service software, and supports billing and documentation workflows. This role is focused on supporting the Service Team today, with the opportunity for responsibilities to evolve over time as the company grows. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and open to learning new skills as needs change.
