Requirements

Cash handling or data entry experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with both internal departments and external vendors.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately record daily revenue journals and assist with basic financial reconciliations and reports.
Support cash management and operational processes included but not limited to making bank deposits, conducting cash audits, and reviewing petty cash accounts.
Review accuracy of accounts payable invoices, ensure timely approvals from the department leaders, and complete reconciliation after payments have been issued.
Assist in preparing and organizing account receivable statements, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them with support.
Act as a liaison between managers, vendors, and coworkers to support the resort’s overall financial health and efficiency.
Ensure established accounting procedures, GAAP guidelines, and that internal controls are followed.
Maintain up to date vendor files, collect W-9 forms, and update information in the accounting system.
