Job Summary:Process invoices for payment; prepare checks for disbursement; communicate, research and solve problems with vendors and departments; assist auditors with information gathering; maintain accurate vendor files; assist in training new team members.

Requirements

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum: Two (2) years accounting background, to include spreadsheet and word processing experience.
Effective communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Good math skills (ex. able to balance a checkbook).
Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more college level accounting courses.
Preferred: Three (3) to Four (4) years of accounts payable with purchase order experience.
Lawson experience preferred.
