About The Position

ConocoPhillips is one of the world’s largest independent exploration and production companies, based on proved reserves and production of liquids and natural gas. With operations and activities in 13 countries, the company explores for, develops, and produces crude oil and natural gas globally. ConocoPhillips transports over 140,000 passengers annually in support of worldwide business interests and operations through its Global Aviation group. This group operates a diverse fleet including Gulfstream G500/600, Embraer ERJ145, Bombardier Q400, Twin Otter, and Casa 212 aircraft. The company is seeking a First Officer to join its Global Aviation Team, specifically to support the ERJ-145 shuttle operation.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Current/Valid driver’s license
  • Current/valid FAA Commercial Certificate with a Multi-Engine Rating
  • Current/valid FAA First Class Medical Certification
  • Current/valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Pass Transportation Security Administration screening for access to restricted airspace and airports
  • 1200 hours total flight time
  • 250 hours multi-engine flight time

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation, Aeronautics, other related field, or foreign equivalent
  • 1 or more years of experience in military, VIP, corporate or business aviation flight operations
  • 1 or more years of experience in an advanced technology cockpit with EFIS and FMS systems
  • 1 or more years of experience with leading standards, training, safety, ISBAO, Emergency Response Plan or manual writing
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with Department operating policies and procedures as described in the Flight Operations Manual
  • Conducts themselves in a confident, professional and courteous manner
  • Readily adapts to changing schedules
  • Ensures passenger service requirements have been met
  • Being Self-Motivated and able to work effectively, as well as efficiently, without direct supervision
  • Performs aircraft pre-flight and post-flight
  • Completes records and appropriate entries in aircraft logbooks and operations forms
  • Operates the aircraft in accordance to all applicable regulations and policies
  • Has the ability and willingness to travel and remain in locations other than the assigned home station for extended periods of time
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
