Requirements

Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Must be able to complete company training and maintain qualifications
Must be under 65 years of age (FAA requirement)
Must be flexible and available for nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular schedules

Nice To Haves

Previous cargo or commercial flight experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations
Help ensure safe operation of cargo aircraft during takeoff, flight, and landing
Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness
Monitor weather conditions and support flight planning decisions
Communicate with Flight Followers, crew members, and ground personnel
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Monitor flight, duty, and rest requirements (Part 121)
Coordinate with ground crews for proper cargo loading and unloading
Maintain situational awareness and assist in decision-making during flight
Participate in training and ongoing professional development
Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times
