About The Position

We’re hiring a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent / Project Manager to lead field installation teams and manage fire protection projects from kickoff through closeout. This role combines hands-on field leadership with project coordination to deliver safe, on-time, code-compliant work.

Requirements

• Experience supervising and managing fire sprinkler installation projects
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and jobsite safety practices
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire sprinkler installation crews and daily jobsite operations
• Manage project schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and fire protection standards
• Track progress, reporting, and project documentation
