About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager PM to join our team. We’re seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead fire safety projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee fire protection projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. You’ll prospect and develop new business opportunities, estimate and manage projects, and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve operational success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in construction project management, preferably in fire protection.
  • Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, and clean agent systems is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and teams.
  • Able to work within Salesforce CRM and project management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
  • Availability to work in an office environment Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of fire sprinkler projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored fire protection solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, stay on budget, and meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities for Regional Fire Protection.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools to identify and pursue leads.
