What Will Do This role is responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Fire Service business within the local district. As the Fire Service Leader, you will oversee technician teams, shape business strategy, and execute action plans that drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and life‑safety outcomes . You will play a critical role in advancing company programs, identifying life‑safety deficiencies, and recommending solutions that protect customers while strengthening the Fire Service business. How You Will Make an Impact Revenue & Business Growth Own revenue performance for the Fire Service business by implementing plans, programs, and processes that meet and exceed corporate goals. Maximize market potential by driving new bookings, increasing service revenue, and improving overall profitability. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new service lines. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, installation, and ongoing service. Ensure all contractual obligations are met while promptly resolving service and collection issues. Act as a customer advocate, minimizing concerns and delivering a best‑in‑class service experience. Productivity & Team Performance Establish fair and manageable technician territories to support efficiency and work‑life balance. Set clear performance expectations and motivate teams to meet or exceed goals using effective management tools and practices. Train and support new and existing clerical and dispatch staff, including proficiency in CRM and operational systems. Safety Leadership & Compliance Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with corporate safety programs. Verify all employee safety training is thorough, current, and documented. Identify safety hazards and partner with the corporate safety team to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, including training, coaching, team building, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Strong district administration skills and the ability to build effective customer relationships.
  • Associate degree or equivalent applicable experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
