Requirements

Dependability and punctuality.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle light to some heavy lifting.
Valid driver’s license with reasonable driving record
Willing to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
Set up stagging areas and equipment for each project.
Communicate with management, other techs & temp workers to insure efficient production processes.
Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment and cleaning agents.
Peform scope of work as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structural properties and contents damaged by fire/smoke.
Inventorying and packing.
Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Follow the SERVPRO® uniform policy.
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring that jobs are completed beyond customers expectation.
Ability to clean structures and contents with precision.
