Requirements

• Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
• Standing/walking for up to 7-8 hours a day.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
• Packing, cleaning and deodorizing content items that have experienced a fire or water damage.
• Inventory content items that have experienced a fire or water damage.
• On-site cleaning of structural surfaces of damaged site.
• Transport content items form job site to branch location.
• Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline.
