Requirements

High School diploma/GED (minimum)
Must have at least two years of manufacturing experience preferably in a fabrication or production environment
Job requires constant lifting in excess of 50 pounds.
Employee must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour period of time.
Job requires stooping, bending and kneeling.
Must have good communication and organizational skills.
Must have good math skills.
Be vigilant about safety

Responsibilities

The employee must be able to perform job duties for the position based on SOP audit performed by Quality
Perform quality check on all units and advise Manager / Supervisor and operator of needed changes
Fabricates doors and frames for vinyl extrusions using hand
Identifies and tags material with written symbol for assembly and inspection
Comprehends and completes fabrication on a sequence of operations
Fit and assemble components
Performs all general production work as required
Additional duties may be assigned.
The employee must be able to use an electronic scanning device with integrated program.
Employee must maintain a 90% scan accuracy compared to production output.
Employee is required to sit for Quality Knowledge and Skill examination.
Employee in this position will be required to achieve and maintain a score of 75% and higher.
