About The Position

As Finisher 1, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and placing materials, products, and parts efficiently within our production line. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks.
Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Basic Mechanical Skills: Knowledge of hand and power tools.
0-1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Efficiently organize and move materials, products, and parts to designated areas within trailers under construction.
Assemble various components of equipment, structures, and products according to specifications.
Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist in the assembly process.
Prepare parts, items, and products for subsequent production steps.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning production areas and equipment.
