Position Overview Schedule: This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8+ years of hands-on system ownership experience.
- Experience supporting or integrating Sage Intacct.
- Experience building automated financial reporting, forecasting, or analytics solutions.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-driven automation or analytics solutions.
- Background in environments emphasizing financial controls, audit readiness, and data governance.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Own and architect Sage Intacct, IMS, and Power BI with a focus on financial data integrity and reporting.
- Design and maintain financial system integrations for accurate, timely data flow.
- Build automated, AI-enabled financial workflows to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
- Develop Power BI financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership and operations.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis through strong data architecture.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy through automation and enhancements.
- Manage financial system upgrades, testing, and change management.
- Maintain financial systems documentation, data definitions, and process maps.
- Guide future-state financial systems architecture and technology roadmap.
