Position Overview Schedule: This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of hands-on system ownership experience.
  • Experience supporting or integrating Sage Intacct.
  • Experience building automated financial reporting, forecasting, or analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience designing or implementing AI-driven automation or analytics solutions.
  • Background in environments emphasizing financial controls, audit readiness, and data governance.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Own and architect Sage Intacct, IMS, and Power BI with a focus on financial data integrity and reporting.
  • Design and maintain financial system integrations for accurate, timely data flow.
  • Build automated, AI-enabled financial workflows to reduce manual work and strengthen controls.
  • Develop Power BI financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership and operations.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis through strong data architecture.
  • Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy through automation and enhancements.
  • Manage financial system upgrades, testing, and change management.
  • Maintain financial systems documentation, data definitions, and process maps.
  • Guide future-state financial systems architecture and technology roadmap.
