Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with software development, software maintenance, and system integration
  • Experience with stakeholder agreement management, project and work plan definition, work plan execution, communication management, risk and issue management, resource management, supplier management, and intellectual capital management
  • Experience with development to translate Stakeholder and System needs into software requirements
  • Experience utilizing CAMEO
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including Agile software development methodology
  • Ability to lead software development team through all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Ability to model, architect, design, develop, code, integrate, test, and manage embedded software solutions to provide and sustain operational capabilities in military ground systems and vehicles
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design, OR Master’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Software Engineering of Embedded systems
  • Knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Git, or JIRA
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system, including RedHat or RedHawk
  • Ability to develop and execute software and electronics life cycle management, development, transition, and sustainment and support plans
  • Secret clearance
