Requirements

5+ years of experience with sof tware development, sof tware maintenance, and system integration
Experience with stakeholder agreement management, project and work plan definition, work plan execution, communication management, risk and issue management, resource management, supplier management, and intellectual capital management
Experience with development to translate Stakeholder and System needs into sof tware requirements
Experience utilizing CAMEO
Knowledge of the sof tware development life cycle, including Agile sof tware development met hodology
Ability to lead sof tware development team through all phases of the sof tware development life cycle
Ability to model, architect, design, develop, code, integrate, test, and manage embedded sof tware solutions to provide and sustain operational capab ilities in military ground systems and vehicles
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design, OR Master’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in systems or software architecture and design, and electronics design

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sof tware Engineering of Embedded systems
Knowledge of Sof tware Configuration Management ( SCM ) and tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Git, or JIRA
Knowledge of Linux operating system, including RedHat or RedHawk
Ability to develop and execute sof tware and electronics life cycle management, development, tran sit ion, and sustainment and support plans
Secret clearance
