We’re hiring a Financial Systems Analyst II to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Financial Systems Analyst will partner with our core finance functions (Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.) and Financial Systems teams to prepare and analyze data, and to design, optimize, and automate workflows in Alteryx that improve insights and efficiency. You will also support the management and administration of our Alteryx infrastructure (Designer and Server) across the business. Requirements

  • Python experience in or outside of Alteryx Designer
  • API experience using tools such as Postman
  • Proficiency with visualization experiences like Looker or Tableau
  • Expert-level Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
  • Strong foundation in accounting practices, coupled with a thorough understanding of financial operations
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented, using these traits to overcome complex knowledge repositories of ES business processes
  • You roll with the punches and can adapt quickly, manage competing projects, and challenge the status quo
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of Alteryx Designer & Server experience
  • Alteryx Designer Core & Advanced Certified ( Core mandatory, Advanced encouraged )
  • At least 3+ years of SQL experience
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize business-critical processes using Alteryx and other analytic software solutions (SQL, Python, LLM, etc)
  • Strategically partner with essential business functions to develop, maintain, and refine Alteryx workflows to automate data analysis processes
  • Support Alteryx use and growth across EquipmentShare through training and 1x1s
  • Support data literacy growth throughout the organization through a variety of forums
  • Ensure data solutions are efficient, well-documented, and optimized for performance
  • Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Alteryx Server environments
  • Assist with governance of Alteryx Designer and Server environments
  • Support user access management, permissions, and overall security within the Alteryx Designer and Server environments
  • Support data visualization and reporting using Alteryx, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Work with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to understand business needs and data challenges
  • Provide recommendations and timely solutions for process automation and efficiency improvements
  • Document workflow logic, assumptions, and methodologies for reference
