About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Financial Reporting Professional 2 ensures all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organization policies. Prepares consolidation journal entries, eliminates intercompany transactions and consolidates divisional and subsidiary financial accounts in a timely and accurate basis for inclusion in internal and external financial statements. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 2+ years of Finance work experience with demonstrated experience flux/variance analysis and financial reporting
• Excel proficiency, as defined by the ability to alter macros, create and use pivot tables, formulas and v-look ups
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Demonstrated strong communication style and skills to present to various audiences internal and external

Nice To Haves

• Power BI, SharePoint
• Live within the EST or CST time zone
• SQL (writing queries, extract data into Excel, etc)
• GAAP knowledge
• Healthcare industry experience
