About The Position

Serve as the primary finance business partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Regional Finance, Tax & Treasury Director. Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that facilitate decision-making and promote profitable growth. Collaborate with the intercompany finance team to ensure inventory standards are updated in the system. Support cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and liquidity management. Lead initiatives for process improvements to enhance month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis processes, including tools and systems such as M3, AARO, Power BI, and Excel Tools. Contribute to long-term financial strategy, including capacity expansion, cost reduction initiatives, and project tracking with profitability analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of transfer pricing structures and assess their impact on local and regional margins. Enhance transparency and understanding of intercompany pricing, cost flows, and profitability drivers. Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Group Finance to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies, IFRS, and GAAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance, preferably in industrial manufacturing or project-based businesses.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL or ERP systems like M3 and SAP.
  • Experience in supporting project-based or POC revenue recognition businesses.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain cost drivers.
  • Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Experience in transfer pricing.
  • Skill in developing robust reporting and business analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with IFRS and GAAP by working closely with Accounting, Tax, and Group Finance.
