This position will support multiple financial service professionals, as assigned. The incumbent, via a centralized location, provides operational, marketing, and administrative support to assigned financial services professional(s).

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Credit Unions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce
  • Any background in using ClientWorks
  • While licenses are not required, anyone with any licenses completed is preferred. (SIE, Life/Health, Series 6, etc.)
  • Role has the ability to become a Licensed Sales Assistant
  • Marketing background is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing efforts of the program
  • Assemble seminar packets
  • Coordinate logistics of seminars
  • Maintain lobby marketing materials supply
  • Coordinate mailings
  • Execute basic marketing activities at the member level birthday cards newsletters
  • Administrative support to financial services professional(s)
  • Coordinate the financial services professional(s) schedule
  • Maintain financial services professional(s) calendar
  • Set up and confirm appointments with members
  • Manage phone calls for financial services professional(s)
  • Order supplies
  • Create and manage contact information
  • Support success of program
  • Coordinate and track referrals
  • Conduct training with CU employees on program processes
  • Program reporting
  • Support TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) Compliance initiatives
  • Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS’ policies and procedures for data security and privacy
