Who you are: We’re looking for an innovative, analytical, and motivated self-starter to join our Financial Products team. As a Financial Products Manager, you’ll be responsible for modeling, researching, and developing new financial products. You’ll also work on improvements to existing financial products that deliver substantial value for Hometap, homeowners, and capital partners. In this highly technical role, you’ll become a subject matter expert on Hometap's financial products, including modeling and communicating how they work and fit into the competitive and capital markets landscape. As a key member of an impactful team responsible for executing Hometap's financial product roadmap, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization within the broader company strategy. This position will report to the Director of Financial Products and offers strong visibility and direct exposure to executive decision-makers.
