The Financial Planning Consultant is responsible for supporting relationship managers in financial planning growth and client experience for U.S. Bank Wealth Management. Provides proactive coaching and support through planning subject-matter-expertise to drive planning activity. Strategize on best practices, planning acumen and client opportunities centered on client goals. Partners with regional leadership and stakeholders to identify key planning opportunities and growth strategies. Leverage reporting and leader insights to focus efforts and advance the planning experience. Drives operational excellence through product management, defined success measures and coordinated field readiness. Deliver training presentations to relationship managers and field leadership. Support an exceptional client experience by advancing growth initiatives, strengthening plan quality efforts, and fostering ongoing education.
