Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who has a deep understanding of the label and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in steering the company's financial strategy and management, ensuring alignment with our operational goals and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the packaging or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and in team environments.
  • A passion for the packaging and labeling industry and its best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools.
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. as necessary.
  • Implement and work with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial efficacy of program operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support program operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
