Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager who has a deep understanding of the label and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in steering the company's financial strategy and management, ensuring alignment with our operational goals and long-term vision.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the packaging or related industry.
Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
Expertise in MS Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and in team environments.
A passion for the packaging and labeling industry and its best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. as necessary.
Implement and work with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits.
Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial efficacy of program operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support program operations.
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
