Position Summary As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for financial forecasting and analysis within the Medicare Pharmacy segment. This role will require strong time management, organization, and communication skills along with strong attention to details and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This position allows you to work cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, accounting, finance, sales, and performance management teams to collaborate on building and maintaining forecast models, assumptions, and to understand the business. You will have visibility into PBM fees, selling expenses, and other administrative costs, allowing for full Operating Expense P&L ownership. Activities that this role will oversee include:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience with deep understanding of financial management.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

Nice To Haves

  • Medicare or Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities.
  • Experience with Hyperion financial planning system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining forecast and budget models for SG&A
  • Developing and communicating financial projection assumptions
  • Creating effective reporting to support leadership reviews during quarterly projection cycles
  • Analyzing drivers of variances to forecasts and budgets
  • Enhancing processes to incorporate additional financial detail in order to better support the Medicare business
  • Assisting with NBE reporting during Bid season
