We are seeking a highly analytical and driven FP&A Manager to help build and scale our financial planning and analysis function. This role will play a key part in developing a new FP&A framework, enhancing financial visibility across business segments, and supporting executive leadership and with timely, actionable insights. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and wants to help shape financial processes in a growing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (experience with BI tools and leveraging AI a plus).
  • Ability to work with large data sets across multiple systems and build automated reporting and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and/or Board reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and implementing a scalable FP&A framework aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Develop financial models, planning tools, and reporting structures to improve forecasting accuracy and strategic visibility.
  • Partner cross-functionally to establish standardized planning processes and performance tracking.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination with department leaders.
  • Maintain and update monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Develop long-range financial models to support strategic planning.
  • Create detailed financial analysis across business segments (e.g., product lines, customer segments, geographies).
  • Evaluate revenue performance, cost structure, margins, and unit economics.
  • Support pricing analysis, investment decisions, and resource allocation discussions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the CFO.
  • Define, track, and report key financial and operational metrics (e.g., ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, EBITDA).
  • Partner with Accounting team to build and maintain a comprehensive reporting package for monthly close, quarterly board meetings, and year-end reporting.
  • Present financial performance summaries and insights to CFO.
  • Improve reporting automation and dashboard capabilities.
