About The Position

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a critical role in guiding casino leadership through data-driven financial planning and strategic decision making in a dynamic, 24/7 operating environment. This role leads the annual budget and forecasting process while building and maintaining robust financial models tied directly to key operational drivers. Working closely with department heads and executive leadership, the manager translates complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive profitability and efficiency. The position also oversees variance analysis, credit agreement compliance, and continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes. As a people leader, this role develops a high-performing financial analysis team while upholding strong governance, accuracy, and confidentiality standards. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Seven years of financial analysis experience
  • Five years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and month-end variance analysis processes while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all financial models and data.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analyses tied to key operational drivers, translating financial and KPI insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Partner with department and executive leadership to support short- and long-term strategic planning through clear, data-driven financial insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, policies, and processes, while supporting credit agreement compliance and safeguarding confidential business information.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor the financial analysis team, setting performance expectations and ensuring training, compliance, and consistent execution of department standards.
