Strittmatter Wealth Management Group is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Paraplanner. Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a paraplanner role
  • Bachelor's degree required, Financial Planning or Finance preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and client focused
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent follow through
  • Demonstrated commitment to producing high quality work
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum of three professional references required
  • Process driven and results oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial plans and customized recommendations for financial planning clients
  • Participate in the investment research process and serve on the Investment Committee team
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and financial illustrations for client meetings and reviews
  • Take detailed notes during new client meetings and assist in follow up execution
  • Utilize financial planning software including eMoney Advisor to input data, create scenarios, and generate reports
  • Complete client assumptions, asset allocation recommendations, and plan documentation
  • Maintain strong client relationships by assisting with service requests and account actions through completion
  • Maintain accurate client records, CRM entries, and compliance files
  • Request insurance quotes and coordinate with custodians and insurance providers
  • Track weekly results and submit reports to management
  • Create and update internal processes and procedures
  • Perform additional assignments as needed
