The client service specialist/paraplanner is responsible for providing client relationship support to Financial Advisors, executing trades and transactions as well as preparing and processing applications. Candidates must be willing to obtain or have Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66 and State Life/Health licenses.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, State Life/Health Insurance Licenses or willingness to obtain
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Execute trades and transactions for clients
  • Provide relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data
  • Work with clients to resolve issues
  • Prepare and process client applications and checks
  • Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks.
  • Various computer applications, such as database management and word processing.
  • Creates, maintains, and enters data into databases.
  • Schedule appointments using Salesforce CRM software.
